On April 1st 2009, the artist Baptiste staged a live concert in a Montreal subway station where he sung his original song, ‘Love is on it’s way’, for captivated onlookers. View clip >
The song, which Baptiste wrote in honour of a dear friend who lost her battle against cancer this past year at a young age, was part of the Canadian Cancer Society’s campaign Jaune Uni (Yellow United) which helped raise cancer awareness among a younger demographic. The song is available to download at jaune-uni.ca (yellow-united.ca) and all proceeds go to the Canadian Cancer Society.
